General Refund Policy
We operate a strict no-refund policy, with one exception:
⏱ 50% Refund for Late Delivery
If we do not deliver your feedback within 72 hours of confirmed payment without prior notice or agreement, you may request a 50% refund.
The 72-hour period begins at the time your payment is confirmed.
If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you in advance. If you agree to the revised delivery time, the refund no longer applies unless that updated deadline is also missed.
